Refund Policy

Effective date: 4 February 2026

This Refund Policy explains under which conditions Godis Sàrl will offer refunds or replacements for products purchased on godis.swiss.

1. No general right of withdrawal
  • Due to the nature of the products (food items), there is no general right of withdrawal or return.

  • Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.

2. Incorrect or defective products
  • If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence.

  • In such cases, we will either:

  • Replace the affected product(s) at no cost, or

  • Refund the purchase price using the same payment method originally used.

3. Delivery issues due to incorrect address
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

  • Resend the order at the customer’s expense, or

  • Refund the order amount minus shipping costs.

4. Timeframe for claims
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We cannot accept claims for damages or errors reported after this period.

5. Refund processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued promptly after verification of the claim.
