Shipping Policy

Effective date: 4 February 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase products from godis.swiss.

All products are shipped directly from our physical retail locations in Switzerland. Orders are not shipped from abroad or via third-party dropshipping arrangements.

1. Order processing
  • All orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted.

2. Shipping provider
  • All deliveries are carried out exclusively via Swiss Post.

  • We do not deliver outside of Switzerland.

3. Delivery times
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or force majeure events.

4. Shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made an error in the order, in which case shipping is free for replacement or correction.

5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may:

    • Resend the order at the customer’s expense, or

    • Refund the order amount minus shipping costs.

6. Damaged shipments
  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • If items are damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence.

  • We will either replace the damaged products or refund the purchase price.

7. Service interruptions
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Swiss Post or other events outside our reasonable control.

  • In case of significant delays, we will assist you in contacting the carrier.

8. Order cancellations
  • Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
