These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website godis.swiss and the purchase of products through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of services
The website offers Swedish confectionery and related food products for sale to customers residing in Switzerland. Delivery is available only within Switzerland.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Godis Sàrl.
3. Eligibility
There is no minimum age requirement to use this website or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Swiss law.
4. Account registration
Creating a customer account is required in order to place an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in your account is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5. Orders and contract formation
An order becomes legally binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel an order, in particular if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing or listing error.
7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out exclusively via Swiss Post.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delayed delivery
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by Swiss Post or events beyond our reasonable control. In case of significant delays, we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
Incorrect delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we may either:

resend the order at the customer’s expense, or

refund the order value minus shipping costs.
8. Transport damage
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt.
If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic documentation of the damage. If the damage occurred during transport, we will replace the affected products or refund the purchase price.
9. Returns and refunds
There is no general right of withdrawal or return.
Returns are not accepted for opened food products.
If we have delivered an incorrect or defective product, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
10. Product information, allergens and liability
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists and allergen information based on data provided by manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information before consumption. Godis Sàrl assumes no liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or changed ingredients.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product photographs and trademarks, is either the property of Godis Sàrl or used under license or with permission from the respective rights holders, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Product images and other materials provided by manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
The trademark “Godis” is owned by Godis Sàrl in Switzerland. Except as expressly permitted by law, no content from this website may be used, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from the respective rights holder.
12. Marketing communications
If you have given your consent, we may send you emails regarding new products, restocks or promotions. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting customer service.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Godis Sàrl shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased through it.
